Euro Trip Summer 2009

hi geng here are some photos from my last trip to a few european country and london during my last summer holiday. we start in berlin and finish in london. it was a blast. cant wait for the next summer trip to the scandinavian country. hopefully ongkos ya cukup!! hahaha need to start planning now @ i will not have much time later on. cuti la katakan. ok enjoy!!

we had a blast last 2 days walking along novie arbat
the weather is good
it's aan bday
n also we already pass 2 out of 3 of our exam papers
after a few attempt to have dinner at hard rock cafe
akhir nye dpt jugak makan
thanks aan for the dinner

S N O W B O A R D I N G

it's looks like winter will be over in about a week
i really hoping for another snow falling so that i can go snowboarding again
best! 
now it's a must to go here during winter.

believe it or not i never made a snowman before. so last week, i paksa aan and sam to come and help me built my 1st ever snowman. n kitorg berjaya!

skating @ gorky park

|
during winter season, the whole park is transform to a skating rink. i think i said this before in one of my entry but never mind, i said it again.  i'm not quite enjoy myself that day. not like before. may be because dah 2 kali winter i didn't go for skating so the skill not so every good some more and plus the ice got a loootttttss of lubang. i hate it. nak tersungkur aku 2,3 kali. i got some melecet to on my leg. it hurts so much that i give up and don't want to skate anymore.

walaupun dah lebih kurang 4 tahun duduk kat moscow nih.nih la kali pertama aku mjejakn kaki aku kat dlm kremlin nih.actually bukan la kali pertama, ada dulu aku dtg sini tuk tgk ballet romeo n juliet kat moscow state palace. ingatkan lepas tgk ballet tuh sempat la nak jalan2 dlm nih tapi tempat tuh dah tutup.so bfore snow turun aku, kak dell n maz g la jalan2 kat sini.

slamat hari raya maaf zahir batin

even though i'm far away from my parents and family in malaysia.i still crave for my family tradition hari raya dish, my father's very own sambal goreng. at home, my father usually use organ dalaman lembu like paru,limpa,hati as the lauk but here in moscow its hard to find those things so i substitude it with ayam which turn out great.but i still prefer sambal goreng the original way.so i would like to share the recipe, hope u like it.happy cooking everyone.
sambal goreng
2 kg isi ayam ( potong cube )
1/2 kg udang
1/2 kg bawang merah (hiris halus)
3 bunga bawang putih (hiris halus)
10 batang cili merah (hiris halus)
10 batang cili hijau (hiris halus)
1 inci lengkuas (hiris halus)
5 btg serai (hiris halus)
asam jawa sebesar ibu jari(buat air asam)
6 sudu santan serbuk ( campurkan bersama 3 cawan air)
gula dan garam
-tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih sehingga layu
-masukn cili hijau dan cili merah,tumis sehingga layu.
-next serai,lengkuas serta air asam jawa,kacau rata.
-masukn santan dan ayam.biarkan ayam masak.kacau sekali sekala supaya tidak hangit
-masukn gula dan garam dan masak sehingga kuah kering (ikut suka hati nak kuah sekering mane)
-setelah kuah kering,masukn udang dan kacau
-bila udang masak,sambal goreng sedia tuk di hidang
p/s i used serbuk santan bcoz i dont have fresh santan here.i guess if u want to used fresh santan u can use around 1/2 to 1 biji kelapa.

family trip to redang last summer holiday.redang is absolutely breathtaking, fun and a must visit island even my grandpa enjoy the trip so much that he ask for another trip like this but instead of snorkelling, he want to diving.wahh atuk!!
